On my way down the hill and over to Riverside for some time out today but thought i'd do a quick post on the eagle at the zoo.
I intend to get up there in the next few weeks as long as it doesn't snow. I love going there even though it's really a small zoo (they are expanding it)..
They take in animals that need rehab or can't be released to the wild because of too much human interaction. The eagles I have seen there seem to have some sort of eye diseases or conditions.
It's a beauty today - even though it's a nice day to walk the lake here we are going to Fairmont Park which also has a lake and it's a beautiful walk around the whole area and will probably end up somewhere for a snack, walk some neighborhoods and then back home hopefully in time to see a sunset as we come up the mountain.

thanks - i have lots more of the eagles but a lot are repetitive - i may post more though. We plan on arborteum in Arcadia tomorrow and then BB zoo on Saturday -depending on the weather. Can't wait to see the wolf i adopted and what animals are in rehab now up there.
