wow Sandy you hit the mother load with that one, at least for me, you know we've always been teased as frogs French Frogs, never minded that but what it says is so significant to me, living in an apt, is killing me after living in my rented house for 14 years, a place of fear, gosh this is amazing, did you read my mind 'O wise one, either way I do love this Sandy x
