Hi Sandy, this is a house finch fledgling I believe. House finch males are red chested with some red parts of the head and the females are brown. The fledgling has those little feather that stick up like horns. Hi Ygraine - glad you liked him. Thanks Martha , BV and Laura. Hope you paint him Laura.
