MORE BABY MALLARDS

I saw two adult females - and each one had three babies by her side.   I looked on line and typically they have about 10 babies, laying a few eggs every day or so until they are all laid in the nest.  Not quite sure why so few babies.  I plan on going back today to see if there are more.

Beautifully captured the ducks and ducklings. More over the water in the pond looks very beautiful. The way they have moved when the ducks move.

thanks! I was so happy when I finally saw the babies in the lake. I went there today though and didn't see them - they were probably getting their naps.

oh Sandy those photos take my breath away, you should send them to some nature magazine, they would pay you, but you keep the copyright always they're too beautiful not to be shared with the entire word , I love these so much....
